Our Shop Policies
In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. At La Pretreese Amoureuse we do our best to describe and display all listings to the best of our knowledge and abilities.
Due to the heightened risk of spreading germs. We do not offer returns or refunds. However in some (reasonable) cases we do offer exchanges. All digital and metaphysical services and products are non-refundable.
Our in home items will ship based off readiness. For example, if an item must be custom made, conjured or otherwise, we will reach out to you to give you progress updates and keep you informed on shipping estimates. Most handmade custom jewelry orders ship within 4-7 business days. If purchasing our fashion from our warehouse it could take up to 12 days to ship depending on our ability to access the warehouse during certain times. We will always communicate with our customers to let them know important updates about their order!
If you enter the wrong address and need a package reshipped you will be required to repurchase said item and pay for the shipping. With that said please make sure you have the correct delivery address entered before checking out!
We do not replace lost or stolen packages and encourage buyers to purchase additional insurance for any package they feel may have issues arriving safely. La Pretreese Amoureuse is not liable for a lost or damaged package due to mishandling by the Shipping company, whether it be USPS , UPS, or Fedex. If you experience issues contact us and the shipping company so that we can help you hold them accountable if needed. Or so that you can file an insurance claim.
